Patient Billing & Customer Service Specialist

About us:
- Contact patients via phone, email, and/or written correspondence to discuss outstanding balances and payment arrangements
- Investigate billing & payment discrepancies, contacting insurance companies when necessary to review eligibility and benefits
- 1+ year of medical office experience
- 1+ year of experience working with patients in a medical setting
- Knowledge of Explanation of Benefits (EOB's) and understanding of copays, coinsurance, and deductibles
