About Our Client Renowned luxury watch brand Job Description Global Product Marketing Leadership Define and structure watch collections across three categories: Men's watches Women's watches High watchmaking Set pricing, positioning, and product strategy Manage the global product portfolio Lead end-to-end product launches Strong Business & Market Orientation Work closely with international markets and subsidiaries Monthly interactions and regional travel to understand: Sales dynamics (sell-in / sell-out) Market needs and required adaptations Contribute directly to commercial performance Cross-Functional Coordination Central role from product conception to execution Close collaboration with Digital Strategy & Media, Communication Director & PR Director and Production Sites The Successful Applicant ~10 years of experience Director or Senior Manager level Experience managing teams of at least 7-8 people Strong innovation mindset Strong watchmaking expertise is mandatory Understanding of mechanical complexity and craftsmanship Ability to work closely with technical and production teams What's on Offer Opportunity to join a prestigious and international company Dynamic and high-performing environment Competitive compensation package and growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
