OK4WD is seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist who can provide essential support to our ecommerce team and enhance our customer satisfaction as we continue to grow. We are one of the leading offroad and overland ecommerce retailers in the nation and based in Stewartsville, NJ.As an Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers-online, over the phone, and via email. You'll play a key role in providing support, answering questions, and guiding customers through their truck upfitting and off-road needs. While sales experience is a bonus, it's not required. What matters most is your passion for the off-road industry and your working knowledge of guiding the customer experience.Responsibilities include:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre and post-sales supportProcess orders from ecommerce website, phone, and emailsMaintain working knowledge of products, order fulfillment policies and procedures, and basic accounting processesRespond to basic customer queries through phone, email, and online chatUpdate customer records in the company databasePerform other duties as requiredJob Requirements:Extroverted individual who enjoys interacting with customersPassion and knowledge of the automotive and off-road industries a plusExperience with BigCommerce a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.Ability to quickly learn new technologies including CRM, POS, and web based systemsComfort with a fast paced environment and multitasking a mustOutstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsGood team workerMust be detail oriented and responsibleMust have ability to accept constructive feedbackFluent in Spanish a plusBenefits we offer:Generous 401k match.Paid Time OffHeavily Subsidized Individual Health Insurance.Dental and Vision Insurance.Employee Discounts on Parts.Phone and Mileage Reimbursement.Wellness Reimbursement.Paid Holidays.A Family Atmosphere and Positive Work Environment.Interested?
