This role will translate people and talent strategies into operational programs that generate actionable insights and support better employee experiences and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management, data literacy, employee listening, and organizational development experience, with the ability to work in a centralized model alongside HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders. This person will also be comfortable leveraging AI and emerging HR technologies while maintaining appropriate judgment around data privacy, governance, and responsible AI use. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and scale employee listening, people analytics, and organizational development programs. Translate strategic objectives into operational plans, program roadmaps, and scalable execution models. Manage large, complex, and globally impactful programs across multiple HR functions and business teams. Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to align employee listening initiatives with organizational priorities. Analyze talent and employee data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and measurement approaches to support data-driven decision‑making. Translate complex people data and analytics into clear, concise, and decision‑ready insights for senior stakeholders. Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve employee listening, talent analytics, and program effectiveness. Evaluate appropriate use cases for AI while applying sound judgment around governance, data privacy, accuracy, and responsible implementation. Build strong relationships with senior executives and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive program adoption and alignment. Lead teams through ambiguity, changing priorities, and evolving program requirements. Simplify complex processes and systems while maintaining alignment across stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve employee listening strategies, program effectiveness, and organizational outcomes. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely execution, communication, and delivery. Must-Have Skills: 5-7+ years of experience in Employee Listening, People Analytics, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related HR programs. Proven experience taking programs from strategy and design through implementation and at-scale delivery. Strong program and project management skills with experience managing large, complex, and globally impactful initiatives. Experience working within centralized HR models and partnering with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders. Strong data literacy with the ability to work with talent data, dashboards, metrics, and analytics. Ability to translate complex people data into clear, actionable, and decision‑ready insights. Proficiency with AI tools and strong curiosity about emerging AI applications in employee listening and talent systems. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, simplify complex systems, and adapt to changing priorities. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with employee listening platforms such as Glint, Qualtrics, Perceptyx, or similar platforms. Experience with employee engagement surveys, organizational health programs, or employee experience initiatives. Exposure to product thinking, design thinking, or human-centered design methodologies.
