Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and fill customer orders according to system-generated pick tickets in a timely manner.
• Quality Assurance: Meticulously check, seal, and label outgoing cartons to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction upon delivery.
• Packing & Shipping: Manage the packing list area by carefully matching packing slips to the corresponding shipping cartons and applying accurate labels.
• Cross-Functional Support: Lead by example and jump in to support all warehouse functional areas whenever floor demand shifts.

Position Requirements

• Language Skills: Fully fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively across our diverse floor team.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move comfortably for an 8-hour shift.
• Lifting Ability: Ability to safely lift and carry up to 45 lbs continuously throughout the shift.
• Mindset: focus on safety, detail accuracy, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 
-Fill Customer orders accurately according to system generated pick tickets in a timely manner
-Check seal and label cartons for customer satisfaction 
-Work in packing list area labeling and matching up packing list to shipping carton 
-Provide support to all warehouse functional areas when needed

Must be fluent in English and Spanish
