Healthcare Project Leader - Plumbing

Role Overview This position leads plumbing engineering design on healthcare and building projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and fostering client relationships. The role involves overseeing responsible charge, guiding staff development, and participating in project pursuits and meetings. Key Responsibilities Leading plumbing system design, including water, drainage, gas, and fire suppression systems in healthcare settings. Managing project delivery to meet quality and financial goals. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Mentoring team members and promoting a culture of innovation and inclusiveness. Participating in proposals, local professional associations, and project meetings. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering. 12+ years of experience in building plumbing design. Professional US Engineering License or equivalent. Experience leading project teams on large-scale projects. Proficiency in BIM/CAD software like Revit MEP or AutoCAD MEP. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
