We are seeking a passionate and skilled ICU RN to thrive in our 14-bed Medical ICU unit, working the 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM shift. Position Details: - Shifts: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM - Weekly Hours: Guaranteed 36 hours - Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend - Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS - Experience: 1-2 years preferred - Patient Ratios: 1:2 with a CN free of patients - Equipment: Exposure to IABP (occasionally) - EHR System: Paragon Unit Highlights: - Patient Population: Focus on sepsis, respiratory issues, with some cardiac and trauma cases. - Team Environment: Collaborate with a supportive team that values accountability and best practices. - Float Requirements: None Ideal Candidate Profile: - Must Have Skills/Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an ICU setting. - Preferred Skills: Experience in Medical ICU and TNCC. - Personality Fit: Team-oriented, committed to high standards in patient care.
