Great, because this job will be perfect for you! We want a friendly, courteous, and efficient supervisor to look over all the housekeeping and laundry staff. You will be responsible for inventory, guest supplies, scheduling, planning and assigning housekeeping work. You will have the opportunity to gain more knowledge in hiring, training, and interviewing potential candidates for positions in your department. Responsibilities Lead the housekeeping team, providing guidance and work assignments Provide support and fill in when necessary Hire and train new members of the team Deliver items to guest rooms as needed such as towels, extra pillows, supplies, and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner Work in a team environment and assist and support all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for the guests Qualifications Highly organized. Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and able to lift 30 pounds.
