CDL-A Yard Hostler / Yard JockeyLocation: NeenahPay: $26.00 per hourSchedule: Full-time | 24/7 OperationWe are hiring an experienced CDL-A Yard Hostler/Yard Jockey to support a busy 24/7 yard operation in the Neenah/Menasha, Wisconsin area.In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving dry-van trailers between our production facility in Menasha, WI and distribution center in Neenah, WI, as well as repositioning trailers within the individual yards as needed.ScheduleThis position requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule in a 24/7 operation.Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PMNight Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AMWork 3 days one week and 4 days the following weekWeeks 1–2: Day shiftWeeks 3–4: Night shiftThe shift rotation then repeatsResponsibilitiesSafely move and position dry-van trailers between the Menasha production facility and Neenah distribution centerMove and stage trailers within the yards as directedPerform yard checks and help maintain an organized, efficient yardSafely couple and uncouple trailersFollow all company safety procedures and DOT requirementsCommunicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse, and facility personnelComplete required inspections and paperworkMaintain a clean and safe work environmentQualificationsValid Class A CDLSafe driving recordPrevious yard hostler, yard jockey, shuttle, or similar experience preferredAbility to safely maneuver trailers in tight yard environmentsAbility and willingness to work a rotating day/night scheduleDependable attendance and strong attention to safetyAbility to work independently in a fast-paced 24/7 operationCompensation$26.00 per hourIf you're a dependable CDL-A driver looking for consistent work and are comfortable with a rotating 12-hour schedule, we'd like to hear from you!#SPEC123#INDCDLA#63758720
