Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from Electronic Health Records (EHR) and database management systems using SQL and Python .
Design interactive dashboards and executive reports using Tableau or Power BI to track key healthcare KPIs.
Analyze operational trends, patient outcome measures, and claims data to identify areas for quality and cost improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, HIPAA compliance, and data governance standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
3+ years of experience analyzing data specifically within the healthcare or clinical sector.
Advanced proficiency in SQL querying and data visualization platforms ( Tableau / Power BI ).
Working knowledge of healthcare coding standards (ICD-10, CPT) and EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner).
Strong analytical, statistical modeling, and stakeholder communication skills.
