Campus Recruitment Specialist

Position Overview:We are looking to add a Recruitment Specialist to join our team to help contribute to our Early Careers Investment recruitment, including overseeing our campus recruitment efforts . As a Recruiter you will partner with our Researchers and Traders to identify, engage and hire top junior talent and contribute to our global emerging talent strategy.Contribute to campus recruiting strategyAct as main point of contact; establish and maintain close relationships with universities – including the planning and execution of on-campus recruitment eventsPartner effectively with the business to ensure healthy candidate pipeline and progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient mannerEnsure a positive candidate experience, while maintaining data accuracyCandidate interview scheduling and coordinationScreening calls with junior investment candidatesLiaise with external recruitment agenciesProvide reporting and regular updates to business stakeholdersStay current on industry trends, talent movements and competitive hiringRequired Qualifications:3+ years of campus recruiting experience, preferably in a quantitative trading, technology or financial services environmentExperience managing industrial relationships with UniversitiesStrong communication and collaboration skillsProven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environmentComfortable navigating ambiguous problems or tasksExcellent attention to detailTravel for campus events is requiredNice to have:Fluency in French written and verbalThe minimum base salary for this role is $100,000 if located in New York. This expectation is based on available information at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, which could constitute a significant portion of total compensation. This role may also be eligible for benefits, such as health, dental, and other wellness plans, as well as 401(k) contributions. Successful candidates’ compensation and benefits will be determined in consideration of various factors
