We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Home Care Marketer to help expand our referral network and grow our client base.. . Position Overview. The Home Care Marketer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, senior communities, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, and other organizations that serve individuals who may benefit from home care services.. . The ideal candidate is an energetic, personable, and results-driven professional who enjoys networking, building relationships, and connecting families and healthcare professionals with quality home care services.. . Key Responsibilities. Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, senior living communities, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources.. Identify and develop new business opportunities and referral partnerships within the assigned market.. Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, meetings, and outreach activities with referral partners.. Educate referral sources, clients, families, and community organizations about Ideal Home Health's services.. Represent Ideal Home Health at community events, healthcare networking events, senior fairs, conferences, and other relevant activities.. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase referrals, brand awareness, and census.. Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources.. Track marketing activities, referrals, leads, appointments, and business development results.. Work closely with the intake, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition from referral to service.. Identify market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.. Build and maintain a strong professional network within the local healthcare and senior-care community.. Maintain a professional image and represent Ideal Home Health with integrity and compassion..
