Key Responsibilities\n

  • Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and nurturing professional relationships while upholding ethical standards.

  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and plan upcoming appointments or discharge when appropriate.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor tailored, person-centered treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and progress notes for each client in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • \n
  • Facilitate intake assessments to determine the needs and appropriate services for new clients.
  • \n
  • Provide individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote effective treatment outcomes.
  • \n
  • Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and address challenges.
  • \n
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will specifically work with a diverse client population, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance abuse disorders. Providing both crisis intervention and long-term therapeutic solutions, you will play a crucial role in improving clients' overall quality of life and facilitating their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in mental health or a closely related field.

  • Current active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

  • Demonstrated ability to meet the internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical settings.

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals in substance abuse recovery.

  • Experience conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and delivering individual and group therapy.

  • Proficiency in using computers, including basic keyboarding skills for electronic documentation.

  • Background in a variety of therapeutic modalities that support individual and group therapies.

  • Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling strategies.
