Registered Dental Hygienist

Keep Smiling Dental Group is a busy, growing, privately owned dental practice with three doctors and two Beavercreek locations. We are looking for a hygienist who wants excellent clinical support, enough time to care for patients properly, and a team they can see themselves staying with. We are not a slow office, and we will not pretend that every day is effortless. Our patients keep us busy, and teamwork matters. But we believe a productive hygiene department can still be clinically driven, respectful, organized, and enjoyable to work in.

What Your Clinical Day Looks Like

We are looking for a hygienist who wants excellent clinical support, enough time to care for patients properly, and a team they can see themselves staying with. We are not a slow office, and we will not pretend that every day is effortless. Our patients keep us busy, and teamwork matters. But we believe a productive hygiene department can still be clinically driven, respectful, organized, and enjoyable to work in.

• Most continuing-care appointments are scheduled for approximately 60 minutes.
• New-patient hygiene appointments are generally scheduled for 80 minutes.
• You will not be given a hygiene production quota.
• Our doctors support comprehensive periodontal charting, appropriate SRP, periodontal maintenance, fluoride, SDF, and evidence-based preventive care.
• Treatment recommendations are based on the patient’s diagnosis - not simply on what insurance covers.
• Cavitrons are available in every hygiene room, along with digital radiography and modern clinical equipment.
• You will have access to an experienced lead hygienist for training, clinical questions, scheduling support, and help getting comfortable with our systems.
• Our doctors are approachable and available when you need an exam, second opinion, or help communicating with a patient.

We want our hygienists to think clinically, educate confidently, and feel supported when they recommend the care a patient needs.

• Are comfortable identifying and discussing periodontal disease
• Want doctors who support - not undermine - your clinical findings

• Want a stable position rather than another temporary stop

Experience is appreciated, but new graduates are welcome. Several members of our hygiene team began their careers with us, and we understand that speed, confidence, and clinical judgment develop with support and experience.

Schedule

Our primary opening is:

Monday-Wednesday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm

However, we are also open to discussing:

• Two-, or three-day schedules
• Modified start or end times
• A gradual transition from part-time to full-time
• Consistent part-time availability for an experienced hygienist

We would rather build a sustainable schedule around the right person.

Compensation and Benefits

• $45-60 per hour , based on experience and schedule
