Pharmacist in Monument, NM

A hospital in Hobbs, NM, is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join their team on a contract basis with an immediate start. This facility operates with 60 beds and utilizes EPIC and Pyxis systems, providing a dynamic environment for pharmacy professionals.
Work Schedule:
- 7 days on, 7 days off
- Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
- Rotation Wednesday through Tuesday
- Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
- Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Consult with physicians and nurses to optimize patient medication plans
- Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is preferred
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a New Mexico pharmacy license or temporary license
- Proficiency with EPIC and Pyxis systems is beneficial
