Production Control Coordinator– Manufacturing

8AM to 4PM

Position Summary

The Production Control Coordinator supports the daily production scheduling process by ensuring accurate entry, tracking, and communication of manufacturing information. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, comfortable working with numbers, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and maintaining daily and weekly production schedules.
• Enter and update production data accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor work orders and production status to help ensure on-time completion.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and production documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with production tracking.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by helping streamline scheduling processes.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing, production scheduling, or clerical experience is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent mathematical aptitude and comfort working with numbers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with changing deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
