Must-Haves:
Plastic injection molding experience is required for this specific role.
Minimum 3 years of Process Technician experience.
Strong attendance and performance history are very important. Client would like us to screen heavily around reliability, attendance, and prior performance. References, evaluations, or any proof of strong attendance/performance would be helpful.
Must be comfortable working 3rd shift.
Must be able to work in a mid-size plastic injection molding environment with larger machines/parts.
Preferred / Plus:
Robot programming experience is a plus, but they are flexible on specific robot brands for this role because robotics is not the primary responsibility.
Lockout/tagout knowledge is a plus, though they will train.
Experience with larger tonnage machines is preferred.
Ideal machine exposure includes Van Dorn, Cincinnati Milacron, Toshiba, or similar.
Best fit would have experience with machines up to 1,100 tons or 2,500 tons. Smaller machine experience can still be considered, but larger machines translate better to their environment.
