Professional, Product Operations - Footwear & Team Sports Under Armour needs a Professional, Product Operations Footwear & Team who can help drive strategic optimizations and seasonal execution of the various Footwear & Team Sports processes. In order to achieve the mission, this teammate will need to develop a detailed knowledge of the product processes and calendars, an understanding of what metrics are available (or need to be developed) to bring visibility to execution and potential issues, and a strong cross‑functional network to understand how teams are experiencing the calendar and effectively manage change. Your Impact Assist in the creation of the seasonal product calendars for the Footwear product teams Own the creation of the various On Field product calendars Constantly look for ways to refine and optimize processes within the above worlds Run weekly status meetings with the Product, Design and Supply Chain teams alerting them to key upcoming calendar dates and new / updated processes Ensure information and upcoming steps are understood and actionable by the teams. Work across the functions to coordinate detailed activity (steps between the steps) Program management support for UA Events and Collaboration Be the headlights: call out potential risks and identify mitigation plans to the Product Leadership engine Partner with Operations Analytics to monitor and manage the execution of the seasonal calendars bringing performance visibility in an actionable form to the product teams Qualifications Creative and strategic thinker Detail Oriented Excellent project management skills Strong analytical skills Strong writing and communication skills Team focused Action oriented player who is comfortable driving projects independently, with senior guidance Work under pressure quickly, effectively and efficiently Workplace Location Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD. Relocation No relocation provided Base Compensation $65,000.00-$90,000.00 USD – Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
