Position Details

• Position: Syndicated Loans Closer
• Industry: Banking/Financial Services
• Job duration: 12 months (possible extension)
• Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 (hybrid - 3 weekdays from the office, 2 weekdays from home)
• Schedule: 40 hours/week - Monday - Friday
• Interview process: 1 round - MS Teams interview
• Pay range: $50-55/hour
• Pay structure: bi-weekly pay - once every two weeks

Job Duties

• This syndicated loan closer is joining the team within CIB operations.
• Handles the syndicated loans operations/closing process.
• This closer would specifically be on the member syndicate loans side, representing a lender that is a part of the syndicate.
• Review loan documents, ensure compliance is complete, conduct internal risk checks, book the loan on their bank's balance sheet, and make sure all the documentation is present and accurate.
• Uses Loan IQ, and this closer needs to have experience working in that system as well.

Required Skills

• 4-6+ years of strong syndicated loan closing experience, either in member or in agency realms.
• Experience with Loan IQ.
