Technical Customer Service Rep
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for a role in Novi, MI. As a Technical Customer Service Rep for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
- Provide timely and professional technical support by phone, email, and in person
- Communicate technical information clearly to customers, installers, and internal teams
- Serve as a knowledgeable and professional representative of BrandMotion during field visits
- Maintain clear communication regarding service status, findings, next steps, and follow-up needs
- Support a positive customer experience through responsiveness, reliability, and practical problem-solving
- Accurately document installations, troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolutions
- Provide field feedback to product development and engineering teams
- Identify recurring installation challenges, product issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with creating, testing, and updating installation instructions and troubleshooting materials
- Use field experience to improve product reliability, installation efficiency, and customer support processes
Key Requirements/Skills:
- Customer service experience (1+ years preferred)
- Self-Starter with Team Mentality and Positive Attitude under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Task driven and detail oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff, management, customers and vendors via e-mail and phone
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to learn new software systems
