Information Technology Support Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $50,000+ DOE Summary The Wellness Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented IT Support & Systems Coordinator to support the day-to-day technology needs of our growing team. This role provides hands‑on technical support for employees across our healthcare, telehealth, ecommerce, and service businesses. The IT Support & Systems Coordinator will assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, supporting Microsoft 365 systems, and helping maintain the overall health of our office technology environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys problem solving, helping people, and gaining exposure to multiple technology systems in a fast‑moving environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day technical support for employees including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up laptops, user accounts, permissions, and system access Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration including user management, password resets, and account troubleshooting Help maintain office technology including laptops, monitors, printers, and other equipment Support basic networking and connectivity issues within the office environment Monitor systems and elevate complex issues to senior technology or engineering team members Maintain documentation of IT processes, systems, and troubleshooting procedures Assist with implementation and adoption of new tools and technologies across teams Help ensure proper access controls and security practices are followed across systems Provide friendly and professional support to employees needing technical assistance Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technology role Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration Experience troubleshooting common hardware and software issues Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment Ability to work independently while supporting multiple teams Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Exposure to networking equipment or basic network troubleshooting Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams Familiarity with healthcare environments or HIPAA‑related security practices Competitive salary with growth opportunities as the company scales Paid time off Exposure to modern technology environments across healthcare, telehealth, and ecommerce operations Opportunity to grow into more advanced IT or infrastructure roles over time This position is based on‑site in West Palm Beach, Florida and supports employees working across multiple business units within The Wellness Group.
