HSE Manager

Drax

Port Allen, LA

Drax is seeking an HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs at our renewable energy facilities. You’ll develop and implement HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and relevant state regulations. The role includes leading incident investigations, audits, and corrective actions, analyzing HSE performance data, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll partner with operations leaders to embed a safety-first culture, deliver training, and coach teams across sites, supporting Drax’s mission to provide low‑carbon, sustainable energy solutions.
