Location MN, Perham Specialty Emergency Medicine Visas Accepted N/A Practice Details Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine physician to practice PT (.5 FTE) in Perham, Minnesota. Perham Health includes a 25-bed critical access hospital, 98-bed skilled nursing, assisted living facility, and three clinics. Practitioners enjoy a shared practice concept and consists of 11 Family Medicine physicians, 13 APPs, 1 Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner, 1 Psychologist and 2 Surgeons; specialty outreach is provided by Detroit Lakes and Fargo providers APP works as second provider evenings and weekends 7,000+ ED visits annually Level IV trauma center Full lab and radiology on-site, plus advanced life support EMS that works in the field available to support the ED as needed 12 or 24 hour shifts and on average 36-48 hours per week Full time ER coverage Compensation Package Sanford Health offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, paid malpractice insurance, relocation allowance, and much more.
