Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for monitoring and managing project costs, including cost estimation, cost planning, and cost reporting. They will collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to budgets, provide detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and implement effective cost control measures across all project phases. The role also includes compiling reports and offering financial insights to support project decision‑making and fiscal efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Planning, and Cost Management to effectively oversee project budgets and expenditures Experience with creating and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and generating detailed project cost reports Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate cost estimation and reporting Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with project teams Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline Familiarity with industry standards and regulations Proficiency in using relevant software tools for cost estimation and reporting Prior experience in working on construction or infrastructure projects is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr The University of Salford
