Construction Project Manager - ElectricalThis opportunity is with a large, well-established electrical contractor that operates with the resources of a major organization while maintaining the feel and autonomy of a tight-knit project team. The Electrical Project Manager will serve as the primary owner of assigned projects, with full responsibility for execution, financial performance, and client relationships. Projects typically span complex commercial, industrial, and infrastructure environments, offering exposure to technically demanding work without the rigidity of a highly bureaucratic structure. This role is well-suited for a seasoned electrical PM who values autonomy, accountability, and long-term client partnerships.Responsibilities:Own full project lifecycle for mid- to large-scale electrical construction projects, serving as the primary point of accountability for execution, schedule, and financial performance.Lead pre-planning, subcontracting, change order pricing, and coordination efforts while supporting field leadership to ensure efficient project delivery.Manage client relationships, contractual scope, and communication to drive successful outcomes and repeat business.Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and variance reporting to ensure projects remain on track.Partner with superintendents, APMs, and internal departments to allocate resources, mitigate risk, and uphold safety and quality standards.Qualifications:5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects, with demonstrated ownership of complex scopes.Strong electrical technical aptitude, including the ability to understand systems, pricing change orders, and support field execution.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, often totaling $10M+ in combined project value.Proven ability to build client relationships and lead diverse project teams with autonomy and accountability.Background in industrial, utilities, manufacturing, or large-scale commercial electrical work strongly preferred.Cradle-to-grave-project management experience required.Data Center or infrastructure experience is a plus.Benefits:Competitive compensation package including hourly pay with overtime, weekly payroll, and performance-based bonus opportunities.Comprehensive financial and insurance benefits featuring 401(k) with company match and profit sharing, plus medical, dental, vision, and life/disability coverage.Paid time off and travel support, including holidays, vacation, sick leave, per diem for out-of-area work, and a company vehicle.Strong investment in employee growth through safety and technical training, manufacturer certifications, tool replacement support, mentorship programs, and team events.
