About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 1, Bakery‑ Rheon Relief to join our Production team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. In this role, you will support and coordinate Rheon Line operations by monitoring process controls, directing line activities, and ensuring products meet quality, safety, and production standards.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1st
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30PM
• Weekend Availability: Required

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $20 - $21.25

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Operate and monitor Rheon Line processes to ensure products meet quality and weight specifications
• Coordinate and guide line activities to maintain efficient production flow and meet scheduled output
• Monitor dough texture, line parameters, and process controls to support consistent product development
• Maintain compliance with GMPs, food safety, and sanitation standards across the Rheon Line
• Accurately document quality checks, line data, and production information in SAP
• Communicate effectively with Lead Bakers, supervisors, and supporting departments
• Promote a safe, organized, and compliant work environment

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Rheon Operator or in a similar bakery production role
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and problem‑solving ability
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate process control panels
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in hot environments with moving mechanical equipment

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Experience directing or coordinating line activities in a production environment
• Familiarity with SAP or computerized production systems
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills in a manufacturing setting
