Pay and Scheduling Breakdown:
- Weekly Income: Gross averages range from $1,300 to $1,550, with top earners pulling in upwards of $1,800 weekly.
- Consistent Mileage: Run a steady 2,200 to 2,800 miles per week.
- Home Time Rotation: Maintain a dependable schedule of 12 days on duty and 2 days off.
Freight & Logistics:
- Dry van operations where you never have to touch the cargo.
- 70% of the network consists of drop-and-hook accounts, while the remaining 30% is live freight.
Student Program & Full Benefits:
- Just Graduated? We offer a 4-to-6-week paid OTR training course with a dedicated mentor. We guarantee paid Fridays during your training and instantly bump you to full solo pay as soon as you fly solo. Requires a 120+ hour certificate from an approved school.
- Paid Orientation: We take care of your travel and lodging, plus pay you $300 for completing orientation week.
- Company Benefits (Day 31): Full healthcare (medical, dental, vision, pharmacy), 401(k) company match, employer-funded life and disability policies, and employee stock options. Paid time off starts accumulating on day one.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 21.
- Valid CDL-A, valid DOT medical card, and a clean driving history.
- 6+ months of recent OTR experience or a recent diploma from an accredited CDL school.
- Must pass standard background checks and a pre-employment drug test.
