Annual salary: $335,998, plus a sign-on bonus of $30,000.

Position HighlightsOB/GYN Highlights:

• Collaborate with a team of 4 OB/GYNs.
• Receive excellent mentorship and support within the group.
• Work alongside Midwives, Neonatologists, and NNPs.
• Perform deliveries and surgeries at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center, a 109-bed, level III trauma facility with approximately 650 deliveries each year.
• Participate in a call schedule of 1:5.
• Utilize robotics in surgical procedures.
• Work with EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.
• Be part of a nationally recognized, physician-led medical group with integrated service lines.
• Access DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool that enhances workflow by generating draft patient notes for review and signature.
• Contribute to a safe and equitable care environment for all patients.

OB Hospitalist Highlights:

• Choose between 12 or 24-hour shifts.
• Join a dedicated team of 4 full-time OB/GYN Physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives.
• Experience approximately 650 deliveries annually at Aurora Medical Center - Lakeland.
• Work in a Level 2 NICU.
• Provide emergency department GYN coverage.
• Focus on hospital-based care for obstetric and gynecological patients.
• Collaborate with CNMs in both OB and GYN patient care.
• Access sub-specialists, including Gyn/Onc, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Urogynecology.
• Enjoy a collegial atmosphere with strong support staff.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
