Sales Program Associate Director Location: USA - Waltham, MA, USA - Kennesaw, GA Remote Type: Hybrid (8 days/month) Time Type: Full time Job Description About the Role: As a Revenue Operations Sales Programs Associate Director , you'll lead complex projects with significant autonomy, providing expert guidance that drives our strategic planning efforts. Your role will be instrumental in shaping and implementing initiatives that enhance our sales operations. Your forward-thinking approach and expert insights will contribute to achieving our long-term business goals. Responsibilities: Lead and execute complex, high-impact sales operations projects. Provide strategic guidance on sales compensation and incentive strategies. Develop and implement advanced sales process improvements. Analyze and report on comprehensive sales performance metrics. Collaborate with executives to drive strategic sales initiatives. Conduct thorough needs assessments for sales training programs. Evaluate, implement, and manage sales technologies and tools. Oversee data integrity and ensure compliance with industry standards. Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges. Mentor junior team members and provide expert-level support. Recognized as an internal expert on improvements to products, processes or services Leads project or initiatives across departments or areas with notable risk and complexity Impacts the direction and resource allocation for projects across departments or areas Communicates complex ideas (internally and externally) and persuades senior level to adopt a different point of view Progression to this level is typically based on business requirements Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or advanced business degree preferred. Experience 7+ years of experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Development, Demand Generation, Field Marketing or Sales Enablement. Proven executive stakeholder management and strategic influence. Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, ideally in SaaS, cloud, enterprisetechnologyor a high-growth commercial environment. Proven experience designing and executingProgramsthat generate measurablepipelineor revenueimpact. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and convert insights intopractical commercial actions. Excellentproject management skills, with the ability to manage multiplePrograms,stakeholdersand deadlines across markets. Proficiencywith CRM reporting,dashboardsandproductivity tools. Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.
