The Roofing/Siding Foreman supervises field crews and oversees residential replacements, new residential construction, and commercial roofing and siding projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role manages local jobsites, supports quality installation, and helps ensure work is completed safely and to established standards, with an advancement path toward Project Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise roofing and siding crews across local jobsites.
• Oversee roof installation for residential replacements, new residential construction, and commercial properties.
• Oversee siding installation across assigned projects.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout project completion.
• Coordinate field operations under the direction of the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in roofing and siding supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of roofing systems and siding systems.
• Demonstrated crew leadership skills.
• Knowledge of jobsite safety and quality control.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
