You will make a visible impact by protecting client relationships, project schedules, and safety-first construction excellence.

• Active OSHA 30 Certification and Procore Project Management License.
• Proven track record managing public-sector projects such as K-12, municipal, government, or airport facilities.
• Strong technical proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Creative and adaptable thinking — challenge assumptions and adjust strategy without compromising safety, quality, compliance, or profitability.
• Integrity and transparency — candid communication, commitments, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Composure and collaboration — remain decisive and professional under pressure and resolve conflict constructively.
• Continuous improvement — capture lessons learned and improve project/team performance.
