This full-time contract role is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for helping young learners thrive. You'll work primarily with elementary-aged students and may occasionally travel between nearby sites to ensure all students receive comprehensive care.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure as an SLP
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong collaboration skills with educators, families, and other specialists
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver speech/language therapy to elementary students
• Develop personalized treatment plans addressing each student's unique needs
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers and staff
• Provide education and support to families and caregivers regarding speech/language development
• Slight travel may be required between nearby sites within the school’s network
