Behavioral Health Technicians teach a wide variety of coping strategies and emotional regulation skills to our clients, empower clients to take responsibility for their actions, promote and encourage clients to make healthy decisions and positively motivate clients by modeling healthy behavior.Responsibilities:Work as part of an integrative treatment team implementing compassionate clinical careFacilitate therapeutic interventions, process groups, mindfulness sessions and educational groupsHelp clients navigate an interactive schedule which includes education, sports, meditation, yoga and adventure activitiesLead clients on overnight adventure activities (hiking, camping, canoeing)Provide a high level of physical and emotional safety to our clientsScheduling:BHT work onsite 7.5 days on and 6.5 days off.
