Neuro Unit - Registered Nurse - Acute Care

We are seeking a passionate and driven Nurse to join our Registered Nurse Neuro Unit with a well-established health system in South Carolina. Join a dedicated team of professionals committed to providing exceptional care and making a positive impact in the community.
Pay: $62,307 - $80,323 Schedule: Flexible
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments for patients, including assessing mental status, motor function, sensory response, reflexes, and cranial nerve function.
- Regularly monitor and document vital signs, including blood pressure heart rate, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation
- Ensure the safe and accurate administration of medications, including antiepileptic drugs, pain management, and other treatments
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) acceptable
- Current Registered Nurse license in South Carolina
- BLS and ACLS
- New Grads Welcomed
