Responsibilities

Handle routine service inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits with care and attention.

Process policy endorsements, renewals, and billing questions to ensure client accounts are accurate.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients when they have questions about their coverage or need to file a claim.

Communicate clearly with underwriters and adjusters to resolve client issues efficiently.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records for every client interaction.

Identify gaps in coverage and suggest appropriate additions to ensure our clients feel fully protected.

Requirements

Property & Casualty Insurance License for the state of South Carolina.

At least one year of experience in an insurance agency or similar customer service role.

Experience using agency management systems and carrier portals.

Strong comfort level with basic office software and digital file management.

Effective verbal and written communication skills suitable for a client-facing role.

A patient and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
