Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 3:1
• Care for an adult patient population, with the majority of patients aged 50 and older
• Accurately document all patient care activities using EPIC electronic health records
• Float to other units as required based on facility needs
• Complete orientation modules as directed within the facility's established guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• PA Fingerprinting (Childline) required prior to start; results must be obtained within 12 months of start date
• Must complete required compliance labs within 48 hours of signing
• Pass/Fail clinical competency exam required for clearance (3 attempts maximum)
• Valid references and copies of all certifications required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience with EPIC charting system preferred
