Position Overview

We are seeking a QA Analyst III to support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for application modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both manual and automated testing and be comfortable working as part of an Agile/Scrum project team .

The QA Analyst will collaborate with business users, development teams, and other stakeholders to develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and automation scripts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead the UAT testing phase for modernization initiatives.
• Develop and execute manual test cases in collaboration with business users and functional teams.
• Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to improve test coverage and reduce repetitive manual testing.
• Participate as a QA team member within an Agile/Scrum environment .
• Perform functional, integration, API, regression, and performance-related testing as required.
• Work with users and business areas to identify requirements, define test scenarios, and validate application functionality.
• Assist with testing modernized applications, APIs, and related enterprise systems.
• Support automation initiatives using established and emerging testing tools.
• Contribute to improving testing efficiency, test reuse, coverage, and overall quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with team members to address testing capacity requirements and meet project delivery expectations.

Required Technical Skills

Experience with several of the following tools and technologies is required:

• Jira
• Zephyr for Jira
• SQL Server
• Postman
• Selenium
• Tricentis Tosca
• Other automated testing tools and frameworks

Specialized Skill Set

The role requires a specialized combination of ADA/Section 508 accessibility testing and AI-powered testing expertise . Candidates should have practical experience applying accessibility testing principles and modern AI-assisted testing approaches within software quality assurance.

This specialized skill set:

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing modernized or enterprise applications.
• Experience developing and executing UAT test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience developing automation scripts for web-based and enterprise applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with accessibility testing and ADA/Section 508 compliance .
• Experience using AI-powered or AI-assisted testing technologies.
