Job Description

What a Typical Day Looks Like

You map your own route, roll out to a residential service call to diagnose a stubborn circuit, then head to a commercial build-out to run new feeders and verify terminations. You make on-the-spot decisions, keep stakeholders in the loop, and close the day with clean, code-compliant work—all without waiting for someone to tell you what to do next.

We are urgently hiring a permanent, full-time Delaware-licensed Journeyman who can step in immediately and operate independently across mixed environments.

What You'll Tackle

Execute, troubleshoot, and complete electrical installations in both commercial and residential settings.
Own your schedule: plan daily tasks, prioritize service calls and project milestones, and make field decisions confidently.
Deliver work that meets Delaware electrical codes, NEC standards, and all safety requirements.
Communicate professionally with property owners, general contractors, and project stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

Active Delaware Journeyman Electrician License in good standing.
Hands-on experience spanning residential and commercial projects.
Proven autonomy, initiative, and full ownership of assigned work.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required when operating a company vehicle).

Nice to Have

Background with material takeoffs, bidding, or estimating.

Timing & Stability

ASAP start preferred.
Permanent, full-time position with consistent, year-round workload.
