Sales Manager - IT Services

To lead and develop a high-performing Managed IT Services sales organization, the remote Sales Manager - IT Services will drive new business growth, increase Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), and mentor a team of sales professionals while owning the sales forecast and collaborating with executive leadership. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor a team of IT sales professionals to achieve high performance Own the sales forecast for Managed IT Services and provide accurate revenue projections Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new client acquisition and recurring revenue growth Required qualifications 5-8+ years of technology sales leadership experience Demonstrated experience in Managed IT Services (MSP) sales Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals Experience with forecasting and pipeline management Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills
