VIP Emergency Travel Consultant

Seeking an experienced VIP Emergency Travel Consultant, the full-time remote role will manage urgent and complex travel requests for C-Suite executives and high-profile clients, delivering exceptional service during after-hours, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, white-glove service to C-Suite travelers during after-hours and emergency situations Provide consultative support by crafting bespoke travel itineraries tailored to VIP clients' needs Coordinate urgent bookings for complex domestic and international travel, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless experiences Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a VIP or Executive Travel Agent serving C-level executives 4+ years of experience in corporate travel management, particularly in emergency scenarios Expertise in managing complex travel requests and familiarity with Sabre GDS Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking tools Strong ability to build relationships with elite clientele and handle bespoke requests with discretion Virtual Vocations Inc
