We are looking for an energetic and results‑driven recruiter to join our team. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent across a variety of roles. This role ensures a positive candidate experience while meeting our company’s hiring goals. Job Title: Recruiter Pay Rate: $25 hourly Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM In Market Recruiter Recruiter must reside in Downingtown, PA or surrounding areas and be willing to work onsite as needed. This is a temporary position with the potential of being hired permanently. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through online channels, networking, referrals, and social media Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments Coordinate interviews Extend offers and manage the onboarding process Maintain candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures Requirements Proven experience as a recruiter (in‑house or agency) Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruitment Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize tasks Preferred Qualifications Recruiting experience required Why Join Us?
