Location: Mt. Pleasant, SC
Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $21.09/hour

We're hiring a detail-oriented Queue Monitoring Operator to support overnight distribution operations at a fast-paced warehouse facility in Mt. Pleasant. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth workflow, accurate inventory movement, and timely shipment processing across the distribution center.

This position is ideal for experienced warehouse professionals who thrive in a structured, high-volume environment and are comfortable working overnight shifts with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

Monitor and manage daily warehouse workflow by prioritizing and assigning work orders
Support inventory accuracy by researching discrepancies and tracking product movement
Assist with shipment preparation, documentation, and order processing
Coordinate with equipment operators by providing order and inventory information
Operate warehouse systems, RF scanners, and tracking tools to maintain accurate data flow
Perform pallet picking, case picking, pallet building, and conveyor loading as needed
Support overall product flow and operational efficiency across the distribution center
Work closely with supervisors and team leads while also completing independent tasks
Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed to support daily operations

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior warehouse or distribution experience required
Experience operating forklifts and powered industrial equipment (reach truck, walkie rider, clamp truck, transloader, etc.)
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work at heights when required
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
