What You'll Do

Prepare vacant units to rent-ready condition on schedule
Patch and repair sheetrock; prep and paint walls, ceilings, and trim
Resurface tubs and counters; replace fixtures, hardware, and blinds
Install and check appliances; complete flooring prep and punch-out repairs
Confirm plumbing, electrical, and HVAC basics are working
Complete a final detail clean and walk each unit before it leases
Work from the make-ready worksheet to hit projected completion dates

What You Bring

Apartment make-ready or general maintenance experience
Working knowledge of drywall, paint, and basic plumbing and electrical
Able to lift and move materials and stay on your feet
Valid driver's license
