Travel Operating Room Technician (CVOR) - Overland Park, KS

Working in a dynamic, high-acuity OR setting, you'll collaborate with seasoned leaders and multidisciplinary teams in a leading cardiac environment. This assignment broadens your resume with Level 1 trauma experience and allows for meaningful professional development as you circulate and scrub through complex cardiac surgeries. Schedule/Hours

• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts between 0630-1900
• 40 hours per week
• Flexible shift lengths and patterns
• Weekend shifts as per rotation
• About 1 on-call weekend per month
• Must be willing to take holiday call, including Christmas

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of CVOR experience in a Level 1 trauma center
• Strong, recent scrub experience with cardiac surgeries
• Previous circulating experience required
• CST License and BLS certification required
• Nicotine-free (facility requirement)

Key Responsibilities

• Circulating and scrubbing for a variety of complex cardiac surgeries
• Adapting to floating assignments across Bell OR, Cambridge OR, and SPD as needed
• Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative teams to provide optimal patient care
• Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism when taking call or working holidays
