Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quote packets for prospective clients.

• Update opportunity stages and contact details promptly.

• Coordinate follow-ups with producers and carrier contacts.

• Track renewal dates, proposal requests, and next steps.

• Resolve routine account questions using approved resources.

Qualifications:

• Bring customer-facing experience from retail, service, or sales.

• Learn policy terms, premiums, and coverage options quickly.
