As a key player in our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through meaningful interactions. You will deliver services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and adjusting care plans as necessary based on any changes in the patient's condition. Additionally, you will provide daily clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Active and valid nursing license in the relevant state, with a requirement to maintain good standing as a Registered Nurse (RN) throughout your employment
• Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hiring or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment
