About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Actuary to take on a pivotal role in leading the actuarial function. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key activities, including reserving, forecasting, and the development of financial risk and pricing strategies. This is a senior position that requires a professional with a strong background in the field, ideally a career ACAS or FCAS with over 10 years' actuarial experience. The Chief Actuary will also be tasked with project leadership, building out the entire actuarial function, and establishing best practices. Effective communication with senior leadership and proficiency in modeling and statistical tools such as Prophet, AXIS, and Emblem are essential.
