Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Order Fulfillment Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Indianapolis, 46256. Details of the position are as follows:
Job Details:
- Pay: $26/hr to Start!!
- 1 year contract, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- 100%onsite during training which lasts up to 12 weeks. Thereafter, Remote Monday & Friday, onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday (1st standard shift)
- Position will be mainly responsible for customer service, order management, and resolving complex customer concerns.
- Position will also be responsible for taking costumer calls and emails and understanding what the customer needs.
- Position will also require being computer savvy with several different systems as call volume will be high.
- Position requires employees to navigate systems while speaking with customers.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume phone environment is Required!
- Navigating multiple systems while actively assisting customers is Required!
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Service Cloud, SAP, Google Workspace, Tableau, Gemini/AI tools are highly beneficial and are Preferred!
- An associates degree is strongly Preferred!
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, regulated industries is Preferred!
