Daily Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets Organize schedules and assist clients to schedule appointments, get medication refilled, assist in problmes. Manage flow of clientele and animals in reception area and exam rooms Check out and corrdinate communication with Technicians and Doctors Required Skills: Computer skills scheduling, organization and balancing of customer service Phone answering and messaging skills Patient and calm customer relationship Balance of kindness and understanding with animal understanding Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Dog and Cat behavior Knowledge of preventive care for small animals Experience with ezyVet software Exotics experience Salary and Benefits: Salary Range: $34,000 - $42,000 per year Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 401(k), Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off, Continuing Education stipend Company Information: At Animal Clinic of East Avenue, we believe that our mission is to elevate the standard of veterinary care for small animals through advanced medicine, cutting-edge technology, teamwork, and uncompromising compassion.
