We are hiring motivated Collections Agents (Remote - Texas Only) to handle telephone-based collections for auto insurance claims. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls professionally.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (bilingual is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Professional handling of difficult conversations
- Flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to recover auto insurance claim funds
- Negotiate payment arrangements
- Document and track collection activity
- Review and resolve complex claims
- Work with internal teams and assist with arbitration
- Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
Requirements
- Windows 11 laptop
